But for some reason, only 40 percent of consumers come back after obtaining their sugar-fix, for some reason. The chain is working to make things change, and diners don’t seem to be too amused. Their low-quality meals and terrible service discourage customers from coming back for more. Many consumers also complain that their buns are heated rather than fresh from the oven.
